The block of buildings containing units with miscellaneous function, but mostly business type facilities, was constructed in the downtown of Szombathely, on a vacant lot bordered by 3 streets and the central square Főtér.

Parking places are provided in the basement (underground garage) as well as in a car park constructed on roof level of the building.

The ground floor and the first floor are to accommodate business and catering facilities, with apartments and offices occupying the second and third floors.

The large and complicated building is adjusted to the downtown features and scale both in its height and character. Integrating and putting on display of the Roman remains opened up on the site represent a special, interesting dash of colour.
