Several alternatives had been considered in connection with the utilization of the control building (out of use at that time) of the former Soviet army post in Mátyásföld, Budapest (presently known as Erzsébet liget). Finally, due to the co-ordination of interests of the Contractor and the Local Municipality, a decision was made on reconstruction in the form of a residential building. Various types of apartments, from one-room flatlets to two-storey apartments, can be found in the building.

A garage of 32 parking places is provided in the basement. The conversion resulted in a building, which fits into the environment quite well.
