This building of commercial function was built in an area bordered by Csemete street, Kolosy square and Lajos street, in the 3rd district of Budapest.At the basement of the building, there are a car park and storerooms.

The ground floor of the market building consists of a row of shops situated around a cortile. In the attic, too, shops can be found, opening from an open circular gallery.

Attic 2 accommodates offices and sanitary blocks.

The building, as regards its outer appearance, atmosphere, facade and ridge height, is in harmony with the architecture that can be seen throughout the city part called Óbuda-Újlak.
