The training camp is situated along Kékesi road in Mátraháza. It is a detached building consisting of blocks A and B of the hotel and supporting building, with an interface between them.

Ground floor of the building was completely reconstructed by relocation of the main entrance, construction of a reception hall and a balcony on the east.

Modernization was carried out on the hotel floors; each of the rooms was provided with a bathroom.
