The feasibility study of the Ferihegy Airport Hotel has been prepared for 3 alternatives. Two of the alternatives are drawn up as detached buildings at some distances from the Terminal Buildings, with dimensions for 270 and 290 room units, respectively, while at the third alternative it was to be provided above the multi-storey car park proposed to be built at the crescent of the Terminal Buildings, a pedestrian bridge offering direct access into it from the Terminals. It was to have 310 room units.

Each of the three alternatives provide for restaurants, a coffee shop, a bar, a conference centre and business centre offices in addition to the hotel accommodations.

The car parking places are offered in the form of an underground car park, located at the basement.
