A residential park consisting of 186 residences is to be constructed in Karaton, Kazahstan, near the Tengis oil fields. The local authorities called for a tender for the implementation of that residential park. Vegyépszer Ltd. was also invited to tender as a general contractor and will order, in the case of being the Successful Tenderer, UVATERV Ltd. to perform designing. To support the tender submitted by Vegyépszer Ltd., a design documentation containing a layout design, various floor plans for residences, and a view plan was prepared.
