The office building in Budapest downtown, on the area between Erkel street and Markusovszky square was set up partly by building up a former vacant lot, in three large blocks.

Car parks were provided on the two basement levels, with offices on the remaining floors.

The extensive building complex with its complicated floor plan features fits into the surroundings, enhancing its architectural standard to a considerable degree.
