UVATERV Ltd. had two blocks of apartment built in the 3rd district of Budapest, consisting of 4 flats each. Layouts, structures, facades of the two buildings are almost identical.

Small flats (~55 m²) are on the ground floor, and the large, two-storey homes (~110 m²) are on the upper floor. A parking place and a storage room in the basement belongs to each of the flats.

For determining the layout arrangement of the buildings, their best orientation as well as the beautiful panorama of the town (owing, in any case, to the location of the lot) had dominant role.

The buildings facades contribute to the prominent features of the surroundings.
